Indications/Uses
For the dietary management of patients w/ or at risk of disease-related malnutrition in particular for patients w/ fat malabsorption &/or increased energy needs.
Not suitable whenever enteral nutrition is not permitted eg, acute GI bleeding, ileus & shock. Use w/ caution in severe organ failure w/ impaired metabolism & severe forms of malassimilation. Not suitable for patients w/ congenital inability to metabolise nutrients contained in Fresubin Jucy Drink. Not suitable for patients w/ galactosaemia or childn <3 yr.
